During the first week of November 4-10th November, took place the 69th ESTIEM Council Meeting in Sevilla, Spain. The ESTIEM Council Meetings are the statutory meeting that takes place twice a year. During the event, General Assembly and Working Sessions take place and make important decisions and work towards the development of ESTIEM. It gathers more tan 250 students from all Europe linked to Industrial Engineering and Management studies.
During this event, SEFI was contributing by delivering a keynote presentation of SEFI at the General Assembly as well as a 2h workshop on University 4.0. A meeting with the ESTIEM highlighted a project under development related to Industrial Engineering and management Curricula comparison project with information related to more than 70 Bachelors curricula of the main technical universities in Europe has been collected with the aim to create a comprehensive framework to help analyse them to benchmark different educational systems. Collaboration with the SEFI SIG on Curriculum Development is underway.
