We are thrilled to share a draft version of the SEFI Code of Conduct and invite your valuable feedback to help shape its final version. This Code of Conduct represents our ongoing commitment to fostering a culture of equity, diversity, and inclusion within our community.
As we strive to foster a supportive environment for all members, we recognize the importance of having clear guidelines that outline expected behaviours in SEFI events.
Your input is crucial in refining this document to best reflect the needs and values of our community. We welcome all constructive feedback, suggestions, and insights that can enhance the clarity, effectiveness, and inclusivity of the SEFI Code of Conduct.

After considering all input received, the final version of the SEFI Code of Conduct will be discussed in the next meeting of the Board of Directors in June.
