In 2025, another edition of the Summer School, organised by Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) and SEFI will take place from 20th May until 23rd May 2025 and provides an opportunity for PhD students engaged in engineering and science education research to learn from experts and their peers. Students will participate in workshops led by experts, centered around aspects of research in engineering and science education research.
Experts from the four technical universities in the Netherlands will share their knowledge on AI enhanced research methods; health, wellbeing and personal leadership, career steps. The program will entail interactive sessions led by experts on various topics related to engineering education research, writing sessions, and mentoring in small groups throughout the duration of the summer school . They will mentor you in small groups during the period. The deadline to subscribe is 1 March 2025.

- Day 1 – Tuesday, May 20: Introduction and Goal Setting
- Day 2 – Wednesday, May 21: Literature and Ethics
- Day 3 – Thursday, May 22: Parallel Sessions on Different Research and Analysis Methods
- Day 4 – Friday, May 23: Career Perspectives and Networking
