Reminder about SEFI deadlines and guidelines on the submission process
We would like to remind all authors that the deadline for submitting an abstract to SEFI 2019 is approaching!
However, deadline for abstracts submission has been extended from 5 March to 19 March!
You can submit abstracts for full papers (max 250 words) and workshops (max 500 words).
Note that the submission of an abstract is a prerequisite for submitting a full paper. The BME team of reviewers will check the suitability of the abstracts for the conference theme. If your abstract is accepted, you may submit a full paper until 30 April. Your full paper will undergo a double-blind peer review process. After your article is accepted and you have received the comments from the reviewers, you may submit the revised version of your article until 2 August.
Early deadline for workshops
The submission of an extended abstract until 19 March is a prerequisite for holding a workshop. After review by SEFI experts, authors of accepted workshops will submit a revised description until 30 April. In other words, workshops do not require the submission of a full paper. After the conference it will be possible to submit an updated version of the workshop, containing the results discussed during the session.
You can download the updated Call for papers.
You can also check the complete guidelines for the submission here.
All conference papers will be published in the SEFI 2019 conference proceedings and indexed in Scopus.
