The Hyperloop Pod Competition is a prestigeous competition sponsored by SpaceX that is being held in 2015–2017 where a number of student and non-student teams are participating to design—and for some, build—a subscale prototype transport vehicle to demonstrate technical feasibility of various aspects of the Hyperloop concept. The competition is open to participants globally, although all judging occures in the United States.
TU Delft students were the first winners of this competition and they were announced at the end of the first competition weekend. The second place went to MIT students and the third prize went to the students of TU Munich, another member of SEFI.
Congratulations to the winning teams from our member universities!
